If Hex is resurrected, I don't want her to come back in her original virus or sprite mode. Bringing back dead characters the way they are is pretty cliche, and Hex's sacrifice would mean nothing.
She could come back in an incomplete form (less powerful) with some change in her personality. She can still keep her chaotic element, but this chaos can be portrayed as quirkiness. Since I'm assuming that Hex finally knows that Bob doesn't like her, it frees Hex from being uber-emotional and let her have a little fun.
Or have Hex come back as a mask that allows to have a source of raw power, but the user of the mask will end up acting like her unless they take the mask off.
I don't think that Hex will ever respect the fact that Bob and Dot belong together. She doesn't care at all, she just want Bob, so she takes him. She doesn't understand what "couple" means.
I'm so glad to see that Hex is getting so much attention. She's literally my favourite character and am so pleased that she is finally getting some lime light.
When it comes to her resurrection, I like what the Arrival team has been thinking up. either idea of her being in the a null on the nullfire, or her code still being in Enzo's icon are both great. It doesn't really matter if she shows up in the comic to begin with. I think the comic should focus on the "living" characters first and establish the plot, then Hex can show up. And I also agree that she shouldn't look "completely" the same. She's gone through the most changes throughout the series, more than anyone. You have the original Hex, the bondage Hex, the bondage Hex with the moving eye and lips, the sprite Hex, and my personal favourite, the core powered Hex where it was a fancier looking bondage outfit along with yellow accents. Woot Hexadecimal!
I agree with everyone else above me. If she doesn't come back in full, she should at least be a presence— to have her keep poking into Bob and Dot's relationship would be hilarious. She shouldn't be quite as chaotic— more like how she was in the first ep of Daemon Rising. That's my favorite Hex of them all. Quirky, not crazy.
I can't say I want her to look different, though... Call me too much of a fangirl, but I think her designs have been perfect (except for White Hex... I wasn't too keen on that... sorry...). As long as she has the personality, though, it's Hex. So how can I complain?
It has lots of potential for being an interesting resurrection. I want to see how it would work... I really don't mind how it does! Divineroseboot is right— she's too complex and crazy to be left out of the story. ReBoot without Hex is too simple. ^_^

She was very chaotic at the end of Sacrifice, so if she comes back, she'll probably be more chaotic than ever!

So true. How could you leave such a character out of Reboot. You cant.
And I do agree with LadyLazuli. The Quirky Hex was the best and she had a wicked sense of humor too.lol :)
But,I still wonder how the original writers intended to bring her back though.
