I feel like novels wouldn't work as well as comics or graphic novels. In my opinion if you also want to reach out to the younger audience, comics would be a better idea. I think that comics would be able to show mainframe better. While i do like novels, i think comics or graphic novels would pull me in better. I think ReBoot deserves to be shown in comics because it is an amazing looking show.
Although I agree with you too, Devilight. It could indeed work well as a comic because of ReBoot's looks, so to speak. One of the many great aspects of the show were, as you said, the great looks and graphics, which was pretty awesome for that time.
I agree with Hero in Waiting. Reboot by far is one of the most original series than recent releases to this day. I'm sure, if written correctly, it will make people never want to put the book down. I think they should be released after the movie since movies usually encourage people to read the books.
Yes, yes, Gavin Blair is ideal, but we have to realize the situation of whether he'd be willing to. As it is, I think any Reboot fan with good writing skills could at least do a decent job. Not to mention, we the fans know what we want and any manuscript that made its way here would definitely be nitpicked and improved in the process.

Well, make a book series with some original artwork with an engaging plot line and i'm sure people would read these with very little prompting!

I think that would be a very good way of reviving the series, I'm surprised no one has tried to do it earlier.

I would read the novels. Heck, I read Star Trek novels.

I would read them - but I hate to be the negative nancy here, but I really hold some doubt that a Reboot novel would be a good idea...
