Arrival's Vector : Sketch and Colored Version

Here is my view of Vector. I saw him as having various curved and edged objects on him (vector art, haha...), but I also liked Endian's crystaline look, so I admit I applied that here in a revision of the shoulder blades and upper legs.
When WhizzyWig wrote "dark, seductive" Ithought of deep, rich velvety blue for some reason, and the concept of vector art inspired random shapes, as mentioned. A couple days ago, Endian's design had me integrating the crysals on his right shoulder and hips. I also erased a belt and redesigned the boots to be more a part of him.
The color scheme originally envisioned was also far too Megabyte once I colored the sketch (especially the eyes), so I had to mix things up and go more monochromatic with purely blue tones without all the reds and yellows.

I like the crystalline look, lots of sharp endges but he doesn't *seem* dangerous. (which is how I imagine Vector, he should appear non-threatening, at least at first) Are the markings on his chest meant to be stylized question marks? (perhaps indicating his questionable motivation/allegiance)

JK: Right, it's the "I was processed this way" excuse. You get a cookie. ^^ I thought the idea might reflect his personality of potential to shift allegiances. It's not TOO bluntly obvious, is it? I mean, they're backwards, after all. ;)
Etoile: He has to in order to be such a great manipulator. People don't trust those who look untrustworthy. Even Megabyte couldn't pull it off: He totally looked opressive with his concentrated expression. Vector should look like Matrix ought to change his mind about viruses, even if that's not how everything turns out. We should be convinced as viewers that he can be a good benign virus in both deed and word.

Yay, cookie! No, the question marks aren't that obvious, I thought it was sickle-shaped claw markings until I looked more closely. Love the colours btw, especially the blending in his upper arms and lower legs.
