ReBoot

Well I like to write and I wrote a one page story for the contest. Here it is:

Lens stood there with a smug look on his face. He had just ratted out the Codemasters and he was ecstatic.

"What in the Net is wrong with you?" Ether asked with anger filling her whole body. "We were so close to getting what we wanted and you had to go and screw it all up!" Lens started to laugh a hideous laugh that only a Codemaster could muster up.

"It was fun." The Codemaster replied.

"FUN?! Is this just a game for you? Did that game the Guardian drag you into warp your mind?" Ether asked.
"Oh forget the games! This is so much more fun! Besides, I was made an offer I couldn't refuse." Lens said with a smirk lighting up his face. "Soon the Net will be mine... along with the Web..."

"The Web? Why would you possible want to control the Web? Degraded Web Sprites are that great?" Ether replied.

"Hahahahaha. Silly girl, you don't even know."
"Know what?!" She replied with confusion.

Lens walked up to Ether and touched her face.

"All in good time young one. All in good time." Lens said with a mysteriously look on his face.

Lens walked across the room and took a seat. He was in an abandoned system, hiding from the Codemasters. Lens had just double crossed the Codemasters and ruined their plans.

"So what are you supposed to do now? I thought you teamed up with the Guardian from Mainframe."
"Oh I trust the Guardian... but he shouldn't trust me." Lens said with an aura of smug around him. "After all, I am plotting to delete someone very near and dear to him from the Supercomputer..."

"Turbo?! How in the Net do you expect to delete the Prime Guardian?" Ether asked.

"The Gnosis listen to whoever can help them the most you know... They kill Turbo, and I deliever them Megabyte."
"MEGABYTE?!?! Why Megabyte?! He's just a Two-Bit virus looking for revenge." Ether replied.

"It's simple. When he was in the Web he obtained something very important." Lens said and he laughed a little.

"What, his Trojan horse abilities?" Ether asked with worry.

"No... Something much more precious. Something that can take down the Guardians... if you know how to use it..."

"That's it. I'm going to go tell the Codemasters about this!" Ether threatened. Ether ran for the door but Lens stopped her with his Gibson Pike.

"You're not going anywhere little girl... not if you want to be delete that is." Lens' laughter filled the room. Ether knew the Net was in trouble... But she knew who could help.

Lens is basically plotting to take over the whole Net and Web. But how and why? Well you'll never know.... unless if I could finish it, muahahahaha!!!! Enjoy!
