One thing: failure to win the old games didn't result in deletion, it resulted in nullification. (i.e. becoming a Null)

Apart from that, it sounds great. I always thought Megabyte should have tried harder to sabotage Games to get rid of the heroes, I don't remember him every actually trying that, but it's been a while since I watched the earlier seasons.

I think he infected the User's character once. That's all I can remember. And thanks for the "nullification" reminder. I fixed it.

I really do enjoy the concept of their being cheats and backdoors in the game for the sake of Gnosis. And it will fuel the characters' needs to adapt. As they begin to learn the tricks and secrets, they can start turning those against Gnosis, as even with those holes in the code, the code still remains quite solid.

That said, I look forward to seeing how Lens can/will interact with the ASPs. If I remember correctly, his powers didn't work in the original game cubes. It'd be cool to find out that either due to the backdoors in the ASPs, or due to some modifications he made to his abilities after High Code, that he now can manipulate the ASPs to his will. Obviously for this reason he should NOT end up in every game, but this should instead be used as a welcome surprise later on.

Yes, he infected the User in Bad Bob, but that was to steal energy I think. I'd have thought he'd have tried sending in viral binomes to sabotage the games, because I don't see him being too upset by having some grunts nullified if it got Bob and Dot too. (and I don't see the grunts daring to refuse either!)

I have to say, I'm getting far more on board with Arrival now. It's sounding very much like it's a good continuation. Having Gnosis as a "supercomputer" (But not THE Supercomputer) that wants to become like the user (as hinted above) rather than an alien system is much, much better.

And Jen, I'm not quite sure what happened to Megs in Bad Bob, but it didn't seem to be a deliberate effort on his part. He actively jumped on and infected the user in 1.1 - The Tearing.

Megabyte didnt infect the User in Bad Bob
Enzo and Frisket took him out of the game
Megbyte was just a truck...he didnt infect the Computer
i like this idea though, i think Arrival is one of the strongest pithces

ASP tubes are sound similar to the device Daemon sends to retreive Bob (but ends up with Mike). I can't remember what it's called. Daemon locked on to the specific Guardian code and sent the thing to snag them.

I really like this idea because it makes me think Gnosis wants to be more like the User, a.k.a. God Complex. This makes me like the pitch even more.
