Well, I meant more of 'exact same sprite' as in Enzo and Matrix are the same person not that they're exactly the same in every detail. I mean, even if they did have the same personality it would still be shaped differently because of the differences in their environments. Still, I don't consider them brothers.
I haven't seen Supernatural, so I haven't seen the dynamic you're talking about in action. However, I can say that one relationship I'd like to see explore is Matrix watching as Enzo gets the 'perfect' (or at least a hell of a lot better than his) childhood that he lost once Bob was thrown into the web. As far as I can tell, almost anything that could happen in a new ReBoot series would still make Enzo's time growing up and being a Guardian paradise to Matrix's failed attempt at protecting Mainframe which ended with him going from system to system having to survive away from almost all of his family and friends. I'd have to think that's going to get him to start resenting Enzo at least a bit.
Also, I don't think you should really call them brothers as they're not really brothers but the exact same sprite.
I don't know what it says about me that, from your post's title, I thought you were going to compare the fictional Winchesters to the Wachowski Brothers (who are real and in some ways substantially weirder than the leads in Supernatural.)
