I like how you guys are keeping all of the old characters, but I think you should avoid bringing Hex back, I think it's probably best to just leave her dead to give more importance to her sacrifice. I also didn't see Mike the TV on the list and I would love to see mike come back.

Another Mouse lover here too, and I'm also not too hot on Ray, sticking them together at the end of Season 3 always seemed a bit forced to me, like they'd gone 'hey, Mouse doesn't have a significant other... let's stick her with Ray!'
And yeah, like just about everyone else, it's great to see that you're keeping the original cast. One question though: where are Matrix and AndrAIa?
I'm all for Hack and Slash. They always amused me. Also Ray was always a really cool character to me, with or without Mouse. Not sure why you're not digging him. Of course don't forget Matrix and AndrAIa, but I'm sure that was a typo to omit them above. As for Enzo, feel free to let him develop a little differently. He's a kid and a copy of someone else. That's bound to cause some changes to occur. Also there's the residual data of Hex's that might still be in him. That's one character that I think should be broadened and developed. I love that you're sticking true to the series, but with Enzo it only makes sense to let him change and grow. With Megabyte, while I love, love the character, I don't think he can ever be Megabyte without Tony Jay. I've said it many times already in this and other concepts. With Tony Jay gone, Megabyte should either be laid to rest, too, or... I dunno. Mute him? I just don't want to see someone try to fill the shoes of the man that really brought most of the life to Megabyte.
Lastly, Hex. I loved Hex too. She was an endearing nut job that really became someone you truly loved and cared about by the end. When she sacrificed herself it was a very moving moment and honestly, if you bring her back it will just ruin it. Let her remain a fallen hero, please.
If you want to bring her memory back to the show, then bring in Skuzzy (little Enzo needs a pet with Frisket being with Matrix, doesn't he?). If you use the data that she left to Enzo, you can do a lot with the memory of Hex. Hell, Enzo could go viral if he's charged up enough (like Hex did). Just don't bring her back. It would be cheesy and soap-opera-ish. Please.
