The kneepads are adjusted just because I felt like it? I thought having boots up to the knees looked odd on this design, so I turned them into shinguards. ::shrug:: It's a detail that could be changed if it really bothers people that much... and if I really cared enough to do this again. :P
I like it, but more as a design for a teenage Bob. It does actually remind me of the designs for Enzo, you could easily see this young sprite being in that same age group

As much as I love to see 2.0 getting some attention (even if it's not from the TEAM), you've drawn Bob as a woman. Look at those hips! ;o
Square the jaw a bit, give him a male nose (the protrusion should start mid-eye line), and narrow his hips and he'll be back on track.
I like the glowing lines on the boots, though. But why are his kneecap guards on his shins?

Especially the alternate version, I like all the bright/holographic elements (boots, veins, text-circle) ... sort of cyberpunkish.
