A great departure from the original outfit! Lots of improvement and a new-gen feel to it. I love! And it gets adventurous without going overboard... :-)

Across the back's an interesting idea, but that's a lot of ink to cover Dot when she starts to shrivel up in old age. ;)
Again, I like the darker version you drew best. But I really now only have that question about the tattoo for Smartens. Anything else would just be repeating what he already knows and is deciding what to do with.
Just in case anyone is still looking at this, she would still have her tattoo but with there sleeves you wouldn't be able to see it. (Not that I'm in control of this, I just draw fanart.) But when I designed the thing I always intended the the tattoo design be across her back, I just never got around to drawing the back view.
In other news there is another version of this up on Java Hut with a darker color scheme (which I personally prefer) on page 3 or 4 of the Arrival: Character Design thread. I also want to make some admissions, but I'll put them in my blog.
I like the Babe-ified version of Dot (in the ReBoot Viewer) from the neck down, but this one's better from the neck up. Although I have to admit the outfit is more like her too, I was excited to see something really pretty on her in the ReBoot Viewer (or whatever it's called). Anyway, for Arrival, Dot's face and hair should be closer to the original Dot, like in this fan art.
I like it, like eveeryone else is saying old dot but updated, its liek dot rebooted or dot 2.0 but the shoes should be alittle more defined i think and im not sure how i like her icon, maybe because i have not seen it there before. mouse had hers on her belt, so im not saying it wont work, but if another drawing or to that shows how she will use it or the flow of the movement might help us to see it better in that position.
Was the "family tattoo" the one Matrix had on his shoulder too?
I don't like this suit to be honest, the design of the red bit ruins it. The place for the icon is interesting. The hair is pretty much the same as the 'new idea' Dot make-over, so that's cool, but the bit over the eye isn't characteristically Dot (that would be her brothers' department). The design of the glasses is pretty creative, but I don't know why such importance is being placed on them. They're reading glasses after all, she didn't wear them all the time.
I really like this one, the only thing I'd change is to make the outfit colours a little darker. I know they're meant to reflect her original outfit colours, but there's just a little too much peach for my taste. I'd also like more defined shoes.
Like the icon position, as already mentioned it's a pretty logical place to put it given that it's where her hand would be when her arms are by her sides. The one-lens glasses are awesome too.
Also, as WeBViRuS asked, will she still have the tattoo? It was a nice touch.

I like it. Although, I'm not so sure about the hair hanging in front of her face, Dot's an organized person. She's not really a bed hair person.
And I'd think the outfit would look great in navy blue.
