i think Megabyte has overstated his welcome

i think he needs to be done once and for all

A battle between Megabyte and Bob/Matrix
    Matrix/ Bob win

After defeating Megabyte, everyone is celebrating, matrix is saying things like "revenge has never felt so good"
    >bob is like, "i wish there was some way he couldnt have been evil."...anyways, you get the point, they are celebrating
    >
    >FADES OUT
    >
    >they are all at Floating point, Matrix is lying in the grass with Andrea, Enzo is playing with Frisket, and Bob and Dot are sitting on a bench.
    >Bob turns to Dot, put his arm on her shoulder and say, " Well, Megabyte is gone, Hex saved the Net, Damon is gone, no more troubles." As he leans in to kiss Dot, a vid window pops up in between them, its Phong, Bob, irritated, says, "what is it Phong??"
    >
    >Phong is in white (meaning that OS has already arrived on Mainframe and is inside the Princilpe office) and Phong says, "Bob, you must come here...i have someone you should meet"
    >as it shows Uncle Bill
    >
    >FADES OUT, shows credits, end of Episode
    >
    >THAT WAY we have the cliffhanger DONE, and the story line is now onto something different.
    >what do you think???

I think we need to finish Megabyte once and for all.

Honestly, I more or less agree - this is really just if the writers are planning on keeping him in.

The reason I stopped reading the big franchises of the comic book industry is because they are utterly unable and unwilling to 1) make permanent changes and 2) kill off major characters.

Magneto has died about 700 times now, but always manages to come back -- he was cloned, he was mindwiped, he's from an alternate time, he was in hiding and didn't really die, he escaped just in time, blah blah blah blah blah.

Eventually they stop telling stories and start retelling them.

    Blah.

Imagine if, say, Buffy the Vampire Slayer had to fight The Master at the end of every season, despite everything else that went on in the series. What would be the point in watching?

Hexadecimal was redeemed at the end of Daemon Rising, so it's not like there's no precedent in Reboot for moving beyond characters who were present from the start.

Then again, Megabyte "died" back in "Showdown". Didn't stop him. (Not that I'm saying he should stay not-dead, I'm just saying what happened.)

wel..i really want megabyte back..but now that his voice talent Tony Jay died i think it is better that he not comes back.
because i think that's my opinion no one can replace his voice for him

I think Tim Curry's voice comes close to Tony Jay. He played Lotor in Voltron 3D - the new episodes of Voltron.

No, Megabyte can't go away! D: And he can't keep doing the same things over and over again or else people will catch on.

Really, I'm hoping that Bob catches him and succeeds in turning him into a sprite. Eventually. Once he's run out of original ideas.
