I've said it before and I say it again; he is the best villain since The Joker!

He's absolutely ruthless, has the body of a robot but yet is as dignified as James Bond himself.

He's not the kind of villain that lets his henchmen do all the physical work. When he fights, most notably in "Infected", "Showdown" and "Null Bot of the Bride", it's always a beauty! His limbs look robotic from afar, but when he's fighting, they look almost insect-like.

He is so vicious and yet so smart he managed to play with everyone's feelings by pretending to be Bob.

And as crazy as it may sound since his body is that of a CGI robot, he does have a weird, but strong sex appeal. OH YEAH!

I doubt they are going to do anything like that anytime soon, but it would be nice to have a finish off of the series, using that technique.

May Tony Jay forever rest in peace. I got the nagging feeling that when (and if) Rainmaker finally created the new movie, Megabyte won't be the same anymore without "the departed" voice actor. With the technology of today, I'm sure they could make somebody else's voice sound much like Mr. Jay's... but I wonder if Rainmaker will ever go that far. Everything costs money, after all. Sigh. :(

His plans to get the principle office/core energy, and supercomputer were the biggest part of his character in my mind. Hex always had more power than him, but his physical strength was nothing to scoff at either, and his infection ability which looked cool when he infected something big; exosuit, claw arm, user-jet.

I think of Megabyte when I think of Megabyte :P All that he is and isn't... I get annoyed because I still hate CITV for cancelling it. And even more annoyed because it's never been repeated here. Boo.

I also remember just how awesome a villain he was. Because he was clever and deadly and there was a real sense of danger when he fought with anyone. Nowadays there's not even that in cartoons - now you just know the hero will be fine. In ReBoot, that didn't seem like a guarantee.

I think of his erudite speeches, Megaframe, the new viral dawn, etc, etc.

Megabyte has been one of the better villains conceived over the years. He had everything necessary for the role of a villain he was intelligent, cruel, vindictive, powerful, his own twisted sense of humor, the perfect voice, and to top it all off no sad back story no reason for the way he was he was programed to corrupt and conquer and he did what he loved.

Yes, this. I absolutely agree. No sad back story - he just came into being along with his sister and did evil things because he was evil. Love it.

The best episodes were the ones with Megabyte. That's all I know.
