Glitch-Bob was my favorite, all through the series, but Mouse was pretty good, as well. Of course it was the origonal Bob that influenced me the most, especially now.
The key to a good character is not the character itself- but how it relates to the characters around it.
For example. Every character has the potential to be a great character, but what really makes them shine is how they respond and react to other characters, and the chemistry between them.
What would Reboot be like, if Bob and Dot weren't opposites in the way they handle situations? What would Reboot be like if Hex and Megabyte weren't having this internal conflict. And similar.
The answer to a great cast of characters lies solely in how balanced they are with one another. Just one 'good' character isn't enough to create someone you can relate to and feel for. What really gets us going is seeing them react with someone else.
I tried to submit this but it didn't look like it worked. Sorry if this gets up there more then once.
Who is your favorite character? Dot. The way she handles situations and her emotions are surprisingly human and realistic.
Who is the best character, and why? I can't give you an answer here. All the characters are fairly well balanced, but I'd say the one with the most development is Enzo/Matrix. I'd say though that this is a bit of an imbalance because not all the characters go through development as intricate and detailed as Enzo. Too much of the plot's attention is focused on him to the point where other characters seem a bit flat, like Andraia, who seems to only be there as a pretty lady for Matrix. She needs a bit more internal conflict and development as well. Again, this sounds like a harsh criticism, but it's really the only major flaw I can find in the cast balance. Reboot did a great job.
Which character influenced you the most? The character I can relate to the most is Dot. Again, see number 1.
For a long-long-long time Megabyte was my favourite. I simply just loved everything about him. The strength, the power, the brains, the awesome lair.. anyway, after that it was that Surfer for a bit.. recently after re-watching the series, I'd have to say that I'm leaning more so to Bob.
Bob - I just love his noble, heroic, yet simple styles on saving mainframe.
lol Bob - I always wore a pair of plastic black rainboots becuase they looked like Bobs'.
Favourite Character: Hexadecimal, She was great. Her Mask was just epic cool and I loved it, not to mention her super crazy evil mask. She totally destroys Daemon, who took over the entire net *collective gasp*. Just the fact that she is so chaotic and unpredictable. Hexadecimal Quote "Oh but dear brother, He principal office IS JUST SCREAMING OUT TO BE DESTROYED!!" :3 Hex FTW!
Best character: Glitch bob, 'cos he's pure awesomeness, what more can I say.
Character that Influenced Me the Most: Megabyte, he was intelligent, cunning, deadly. He was in control of mainframe for nearly an entire season. He just taught me to be a supervillan you need to be super smart, sophistication, ambitions and to be cruel to anyone. And as OspreySoul said "it's not his fault. It's just how he was programmed."
Favortie Character - Bob just because as a kid i always loved the Heros, and he was just the best out there
Best Character(s)-Hack and Slash, - They always made the mood of the show happy and go lucky, even if they were bad, they alwaysa made me laugh
Most Influencial - Enzo, he showed everyone that it is possible to upgrade and it is possible to be better than ever, That it is possible to stop the evil and protect everything you care about.
My favorite character is by far Hexadecimal. The way she does almost everything insanely (almost?), like dancing with Bob, and painting Mainframe in the episode ''Painted Windows''. I was pretty shocked when she was blown up by that Game Cube... her first form was the one I loved most. But the good part of it was that she became even more insane while Megabyte held her captive :P
And although it was only for a short time, I also liked her very last form very much. I mean the one with which she was fighting Daemon. That form was also very awesome. It's cool she saved Mainframe and the Net and all, but I just couldn't agree with the fact that she had to sacrifice herself for doing so. If our beloved series is to be brought back, I hope the writers find some way to bring her back after all (and by the way, I hope those will be the original writers)!
After Hex, it must be Megabyte which is my second favorite, and thirdly it's Bob (who else?)
I think in ep 4.05, they hinted that she is still alive. Dot and Mouse were talking on a vid window about some trouble in the system. Apparently she didn't completely defragment over the web.

Glitch-Bob is my favorite, and he influenced my personality the most, basically for the calmness, that he always had, even before the merge.

Megabyte hands down. He's one of my all time favorite villains ever! I even made a custom desktop of him on deviantart.com. Rest in peace Tony Jay.
