All those signs showed who was the real Bob was.
For me, I knew the Bob with Ray was a fake, it was the way he talked and his body language that got me to realise this one knew nothing of the previous events or a thing about Bob. He also called Matrix Enzo when if he was a copy, would have no idea who Matrix was & even if he did, wouldn't call him that. Megabyte only knew him as Enzo, the surname only used to grab his attention for serious talk.
At 1st thought fakebob would be another virus with a score to settle with Bob, working for Megabyte. Had hoped it was Megabyte yet the reveal shocked me since the fake bob was who I thought it would never be. To see Megabyte degraded yet new weapons and viral capabilities was brilliant.
