Holy cow man, that would an awesome story arc in the ReBoot series, I know you're not looking for criticism, but wow, the way you described everything, I could actually see all that stuff happening. I think you should definitely take this idea to the next level and continue writing and building on it. At first i thought you might have just watched some kind of ReBoot- South Park-Transformers marathon that seemed to stick with you through your dreams, but the more you told the story, the more i could see it as a new episode that I eagerly await. If i were you, I'd continue to write the story, and commision someone to illustrate it. Awesome stuff man.
I've had similar dreams, but the top one about Reboot, was a mix between Reboot and real life, and here's where it got creepy. The girls were boys from the show, and the boys were girls. It stopped at the end of the third Season. Certain people in areas I have been, got chosen to play a part through some people, or sprites. I'm still having bits and pieces of the dream in my sleep.
