How about having human sized dinosaurs, with one being the User, and the game Sprites could be those little fuzzy creatures from Star Trek, and they don't like the User, so they would make a loud squeaking sound around the User, but Bob, Dot, Matrix, AndrAla, and Little Enzo would be unaffected by them whatsoever.
I would love to see a halo game spoof, you could have aliens and armour humans. Would be cool if they spoofed Red vs Blue too.
Another great game would be a spinoff of Portal, can easily see the next generation of characters playing with the gravity defying portals, while the user is running around with turrets/bombs, possibly another Rocky the Rabid Racoon game.
A proper crossover would be the beast planet emerging in cyberspace, perfect since they created Beast Planet Shadow Raiders.
An episode of memes and viral videos escaping into mainframe would be something I'd enjoy thoroughly. Even after removing, corralling the horde a couple could pop up from time to time as a running gag.
Ronin Warriors, and Perhaps Inuyasha I think would be good ones. Maybe they can add Sora from Kingdom Hearts, but in a different area, like they used with Rocky the Raccoon.

You guys have some good ideas but what about this....a ReBoot /Beast Wars crossover!!? Since it was also created by Rainmaker.
I think that would be a great move whether its in the new season or in the movie. It would also bring back series made by Rainmaker making it advertise rainmaker and there work which would make them world known.
