Can I ask what the "ReBoot fallout 3" is? And what is a mod? Are you talking about a site, or has a ReBoot fan opened a Dot's Diner somewhere in America?
alright...to answer the question, fallout 3 is a post apocalyptic rpg/shooter, but mainly an rpg. and the "nod" at reboot is kind of like a tribute to reboot with the dot's diner. and technically yes it is open in America in the game if it is the actual dot's diner...unless it's just cosmetic and you can't go into it.
I have noticed it, but it wasn't till about the third time that I had gone by that place that it actually registered. LOL, it is an awesome little place.
