Ok... so I think it's not any secret that Reboot's creators were actually pretty damn good at sticking funny refferences throughout the series.  What are your favorites?  See if you can show one that nobody else got!  No cheating either.. this has to be refferences you got when you first watched the series.  If you wanna put one up you got later, just come out and say it, anyways Mine-
-Easy:  Blues brothers refference (specifically, the funniest freaking part of the movie and I WILL HUNT YOU DOWN IF YOU SAY OTHERWISE) shown in "Crouching Binome, Hidden Virus.-The one I thought everyone else missed: the Pigmeat Markham refference in "Number 1."  Watch this, then watch the episode again, then realize the time difference between the two.-D'oh, I shoulda gotten it: Sailor Moon getting crushed by a rock, forget which episode.

So i have thought to do this myself to start a little noise in getting Rainmaker 's attention.
For those people support in getting the show rebooted from where it left off or support the trilogy which mean someone else point of view. Regardless how rainmaker hurt us etc, we must show them we are still here and waiting. So i ask the fans to do something simple, but first post here which you support and why? than post something on your facebook status make sure you have rainmakers liked and post something like this "Rainmaker Entertainment. Hello everyone its nice to meet you all!

Ok bear with me!

So the last time i watched Reboot was when i was 10 (14 yrs ago) and at the time i was obsessed with the show and it took over my life. Well, just recently, that is a few weeks ago as i was just flipping through the channels i randomly noticed that reboot was on. I didnt think much but thought well thats odd i havent seen this show in so many years ok what the hell nothing else is on whatever it mite be fun to re-see what i was so obsessed with as a 10 year old. It was the episode where enzo is i guess considered to be the new guardian and bob is gone and hexadecimal i guess accidentally kills herself  and then megabyte heals her and keeps her.....and the firewall.... and im watching thinkin oh wow this is around the time when the show kinda starts to get heavy and intense and i started remembering things.

So next thing i know i start watching the next and the next episode night after night getting i...

Hello, ReBoot community!Or, what's left of it.
So yes, I got the "Definitive Mainframe Edition" of ReBoot when it came out, and my family and I have all been watching an episode or two every Sunday. We just finished Season 3.
The seasons I remembered the most of were 1 and 2, and I only ever saw a couple minutes of Season 4. (Of course, I've gone and spoiled the ending for myself by now!)
So for those of you still lurking around on here, let's have some questions.
1. Who's your favorite of all the cast (villains included), and why? (I myself have a soft spot for villains, and I'm sure you can tell by the avatar which of them is my favorite. Ah, Hexidecimal, you're so crazy....)
2. Favorite Game/ Game that left the most impression on you? (I don't really have a 'favorite', but the Fun House stuck out for being INSANELY TERRIFYING.)
3. Favorite episode? (Painted Windows! Who knew MSPaint could be so destructive?! Come to think of it... why didn't they ever u...

A friend and I have been discussing possibly starting a podcast along the lines of the Big Damn Heroes Podcast, or Avatar: The Last Podcast over at Earth-2.net, only our topic would be ReBoot. I was born in 1992, but never heard of or watched ReBoot. My wonderful fiance showed it to me a week ago and I am about to watch season 4. I know everything that happens, but I'm a bit worried to watch it because I don't want to get angry over the cliff hanger lol.

I wanna know the news for what is going on with a future ReBoot. Will there be a new season? movie? Anything? I've read up on it a bit but I am still confused as to what will be expected in the future.

I actually should create a new post called "The Devolution of ReBoot". Two problems;
1). KeyTool Bob has a vajayjay. If there are any more episodes in the future and any episodes in the future where Bob has to merge with his Key tool, please make sure that our favorite defender has (or maintains) his anatomically appropriate body parts with the same detail your animators love to over emphasize with the "female" characters (especially with the fitness chics like Dot and Hex). But if you can not give him some nads, at least give Bob some balls.
2). Bring back the voice talent of Michael Benyaer. I am sure that with all the talent and education of attorney Benyaer he is a busy man, but hearing whoever you had for the season 4 episodes as the voice of Bob was like going to see the real Elvis Presley and watching a fat, bald and old Elvis Presley impersonator, or ordering steak in a restaurant and getting spoiled pigs feet instead.

I wanted to ask other Reboot fans about this for a long time. What do you think about that "loading guardian" teaser?

At first, I thought it looked a LOT like Turbo. Then I realized this was probably meant to be Bob. And I didn't like it at all. I'm sure I'm not the only one.

I've grown with the Reboot characters and I like them all the way they are. I think changing their design significantly would be a terrible, terrible mistake. It just wouldn't be Reboot anymore, and just another CGI thingy. These wouldn't be the characters I have gorwn with and I would hate for them to be changed.
I think that, if they create a movie, they should stick to what made this show awesome and not try to change a winning formula.

I would love to bring my opinion to the creator's attention. It would be a real shame if an eventual movie ended up being disapointing.

I just got Cadet Enzo, and already had Bob, and now I notice something rather odd about them.  In the show, there was a red stripe on their pants, but not on the action figures.  Did the action figure company make a mistake, or is it just my set?

I found this on the rainmaker site it's on a video that seems different from before and they're all talking about working at Rainmaker and how good it is etc, and there's a little clip.

See what got me yped was it looks like Bob with the dreads and the Nunchucks could be from a game!

Hey Rainmaker, since you seem to have no clue as to what to do with the movie, how about giving the fans something to look at?  New action figures, maybe or 3d models of places, like Mainframe?  I mean the books are good, but how about letting die-hard fans know you still care?

...for the first time since I was ten. I completely forgot how awesome this series is. Season 3 in particular had one of the most fun story lines and it seemed just really well fleshed out. I gotta say I watched every season, read the comic, and I am just left wanting more.

Does anybody know the software(s) that Reboot was created with and if there is some place one might be able to get it from?

I think that there are several good catch phrases in the show that i really liked and have stuck with me. Number one is "stay frosty" the other ones would be "this is bad very bad" "Alphanumeric" "b seein ya" ( when Matrix and Andrea are lost in the games and Matrix is dreaming but to us it looks like a game and he reboots into megabyte) As far as costumes go i liked it when the web creature took over megabyte and he was black with a gold tongue. i like matrix's outfit especially with the eye. i liked glitch bobs outfit just not the hair or the effects from the web. i liked Andrea. The surfer  was pretty cool too. A game should  be made i have ideas for one.

I was looking at the first book from Reboot, The Art of Reboot and I saw a picture of Bob on skates in some skating rink, but I haven't seen this in the episodes I have, on Dvd.  Where did this picture fit in?  Was it part of the game, or just something that never made it in?  As far as I can tell the book gives no explanation on that picture.

I've given some thought to where games come from. I know they come from the user but it seems like the user may play the game more then once. In one of the episodes with matrix and andria, Matrix said the user had played the same game 5 times in a row. Matrix and Andraia would follow the game by becoming sprits in the game and would end up in a different mainframe. 
So my thoughts are the games came from a Block Buster or something of that sort and when the user was done playing the game they would return it to rent another game. Then another user would rent that same game and take it home to play on there computer. What are your thoughts?

I love this show. watched it when it first aired and just watched it again from start to finish. But as most of you Reboot fans I was quite disapointed with the ending. Cliffhanger for a finale?
In my oppinion, the creators of Reboot should either finish the show off officially with a movie, or start up a season 5 as a finale, using the 3D technology they have now. like in the movies Shrek, Cars, and Up. using those 3D graphics would make the shows rateings sky rocket. Everyones going to want to see what the "new" Reboot looks like.
I just want an ending. to know what happens to Mainframe. Does Megabite take over? can Bob save the day? will there be a wedding for Bob & Dot? what happens with the 2 Enzos? will there be a wedding or a child for Andrea & Enzo? So many questions, im sure we all want to know the answers.

Well hello fellow Reboot fans, i have been on this site since remember it started, but haven't post because i felt this wasn't going to work from the beginning .
Some know that this site seems dead... Let's face it pretty much is.
Few people join yes and post, but mean dead in article wise since site like Reboot revival have before this site even gets update or even does.
 
As Far as the movie that was teased since Oct of 09 which is now in development hell.
My Fear was soon a reality when i saw Mainframe ENT brought out. Just seem like site was to solve the issue with the "Cliffhanger"  At yet i see people of facebook felt like it wasn't a solve just a slap in the face saying "here this the best we can do" I am not saying that webcomic wasn't good, it just everyone wanted more from not from Zeros 2 Heroes but from Gavin Blair himself. While we buy are favorite series and no mention on how well its going or if even being use for Reboot at all. Note that Escap...

Maybe I missed something. Maybe I'm dumb. Maybe I just don't understand the show.

My question is; what are the characters made out of? What's inside of them? Not the ones and zeros or the viruses, but Bob and Dot and Matrix and AndrAIa. Maybe even Frisket, I guess.

I remember in season 1 (or maybe it was 2), Bob's back got scratched and you could see what looked like tiny metallic-grey wires, if I remember correctly. And in season 3, AndrAIa got infected, and she became transparent due to loss of energy, I think... I should probably re-watch the show, because I'm just going by poor memory here.

According to staff in the Making Reboot special, the process to create Reboot began in the 1980s, but, although the idea had largely been devised, technology was not yet advanced enough to make the show in the desired way. 3D animation tests began in earnest in 1990 and Reboot had achieved its detailed look by 1991. Production continued on future episodes and the show aired in 1994 after enough episodes had been produced. This was a painstaking process as no other company had at this time worked on a 3D animation project of this scale and the software used was new to all in the company.

So, I love going on youtube and looking up reviews for toys like transformers. Every now and then i also look for reviews of ReBoot figures, but am utterly dissapointed. JTMitchell87 posted some reviews (enzo, dot, hack n slash, and bobs car, and i think bob aswell) and i love him and those videos,  but obviously there are loads more figures that can be reviewed, so why aren't they? sure you can get pictures of them all over google or whatever, but having a video just seems more filling. anyway, thats just my opinion, what do you think?

  I have been a fan of the show for a long time. I was in Zellers or a store like that in the 90's and there was a cardboard stand holding Reboot VHS tapes, and I picked up "Wizards, Warriors, and a Word from our Sponsor". That episode is just beautiful, for so many reasons.. oh man. So it's of course one of my favourite and most memorable Reboot episodes of all time. It's cool that I've lived B.C. for a long time, and in Vancouver from about '96. I'm 20 now. I remember the Reboot rides that were so much fun, at the Playdium in Metrotown.. so much fun. Hexadecimal always scared me, I've had nightmares of her, even past the age of 18. Reboot is a cool show and deserves a good run. I think it's enough that it has such a loyal cult following, and also, that many of today's kids haven't seen it, and they might enjoy it, it might develop a bigger fan base with new creativity. Well, I was on RebootRevival and it says it needs every fan to make a stand, so, there it is. You guys keep support...

Everyone that has been interested in Hexadecimal has seemed to want her back, but why not bring another crazy virus into the story. 

My idea is bring in this virus that looks like a washing machine with legs, arms, and a blinking eye, and maybe it could spit out adware while it dances. 

Who else would love to see a washing machine in the Reboot movies?

I absolutely would hate to see the end of this.. I remember watching this when i was just little little.. It was so awesome. However all i've ben reading is  that theres little to no chance of this actually being put back into motion.. I really loved the romance between Matrix and Andraia.. To be honest those two are the reason i'm still hoping to see this show again :(   Should I give up??

If ReBoot had a reboot, i'd love to see it done by Nerd Corps Entertainment (Dragon Booster, Storm Hawks, Hot Wheels etc). I reckon they'd make an interesting twist on the show, while still being successful with modern generations.
That's my opinion anyway. I haven't been checking back here often, but there doesn't seem to be any new info (surprise!). Anyone know of any movement, or is this a lost project?

I have heard a rumor about a new Reboot book, called Reboot Forever, however it is not on Amazon as far as I can tell, yet, so I was wondering is it real, or is someone pulling my leg?

I have an idea for a movie storyline...if it's not too late.

This time, Megabyte makes it into the Supercomputer (after a fight with Bob) and then takes another fight with Bob, Matrix and the rest of the guardians...in the Supercomputer!

Megabyte always wants to get into the Supercomputer. Why? It is his code, he can't go against it. Why is it in his code? Because the Supercomputer is a military computer controling nuclear devices and Megabyte is a virus engineered by an enemy power to take over that.

But Megabyte only knows that he wants to get into the Supercomputer...

Bob finds out about the User's wars shortly before the end. He finds out the User(s) aren't the wise, almighty beings people in Mainframe thought he (they) are. The User world is as cahotic as theirs.

In this story, the stakes couldn't be higher (both the Cyberspace and the User world are in danger). With all the trouble in our World right now, Cyber warfare isn't about to leave the he...

I want someone to take the ReBoot universe and do with it what Tim Burton did to the Batman universe in 1987.

So please, pretty-please-with-sugar-on-top, Rainmaker, don't go Pixar on ReBoot! There are plenty of kids' CGI movies every year, we don't need another one! You guys hated the ABC BSnP, don't bring them back!

I liked very, very much the trailer with the game cube descending on the city. That was a science-fiction movie setting. However, I didn't like the "Loading Guardian" trailer that much. The guardian there just isn't Bob. He would be perfect for the clean-cut, adult Turbo though.

There are many clean cut, father-figure-like heroes in fiction, from Captain America to Superman. Bob isn't that. Bob is young, impulsive, alive, almost an anti-hero. In season one, I give him between ages 17 and 22. In season three, he was older, more mature but was more of a mentor to Matrix than a hero himself. Season one Bob was not unlike the TMNTs, a teenage hero the fan...
