Glitch: An Essential Character

With all the new stories and ideas that make their way to this site it is easy to forget about, or take for granted, Glitch. In my mind Glitch is as much of a character as any other Mainframer. Glitch has been with Bob from the beginning and has a personality all its own. It communicates with Bob, other keytools and other guardians. While I cannot see any of the pitches excluding Glitch from their stories as it was such a part of the world of ReBoot. I guess what I am trying to say is that Glitch should not be forgotten and not made any less of a character than it has always been. I have seen concept art, namely in Arrival, where Glitch is nothing more than a holographic display, which seems to be a part of Bob's suit, or armor or whatever you will call it. I have always had the fondest memories of Glitch being a separate entity from Bob and always there on his wrist. If for some reason some may think that Glitch being on Bob's wrist is too bulkey or something like that at least keep it around as some sort of utility, even if Bob has to retrieve it from his belt or some sort of pouch. At the end of Season Four I loved new the sleek look that Glitch got because of the upgrade. I hope some will take the time to read this. Let me know what you guys think.

That's not true at all. Glitch is more than a tool. Glitch has personality. We see that keytools are more than keytools in season 3 and first and then 4. In season 3 glitch and copeland have a conversation. The keytools know enough to flee the infected guardians. Glitch started to become a character himself.

In terms of how important it is to include Glitch in the pitch process, we should remember there were binomes with more character development and interaction than the keytool. Sure, don't forget Glitch, but but it somewhere near the middle of the list of characters to worry about.

Yes yes, rek you're right. Binomes come before Glitch. I agree it should be come second to more important things to be included in the pitches. I was just thinking about Glitch and how I would like to see it in the finale product. But yeah, it is not as important as other things in the ReBoot universe.

Corrupt, the date for the blog was probably changed. Change it to an older date and it will go back down.
Also, I agree, we need Glitch as much as any character. It's a part of Bob. I prefer if Glitch is kept to the recently upgraded version as well. It would be pointless to change Glitch again since he just got changed.
