Oooo, I love this concept. I do think he needs clothing of some kind, since he's much more Sprite-like than most of the other viruses we've come across, (with the exception of Daemon) but I love the colours, the skin markings and the body barbs.

Try to extend the metal parts he has on his legs to cover what needs to be covered. I think the metal should look like it merged with his skin.

I really like TurtleDreamer's idea for Vector's attire, I'm thinking kinda Edward Scissorhands-esque straps, but with skin showing through, (to allow for aforementioned peeks at his markings) and trailing straps along his arms that he can use to grab/lash at things/people.

And yes, Hex would love him.

You know what? I think that Hex would hate him! You know why? She fell in love with the sprite who is the complete opposite of what she is. So maybe she would hate what is exactly like her. She's so chaotic!

I don't think so, despite hex being a woman of many Intense emotions, she has always been a virus open to love those who accept her. The only people she hates with a passion are the people who try to hurt her or the people around her that she calls friends.

of course vector in particular is a virus, and not only that, a virus with his own agenda. It all depends on the nature of his notions. If they are bad, then hex will certainly harbor ill feelings towoards him, if not then he isn't so much different from her. he is a virus who is essentially an outcast of the group seeing how he is a benign virus, and hex in some sense the same seeing how she never really meant harm or had any intention of harming the denizens of mainframe.

Yeah, I see where you're coming from with that, and I'd agree. Just imagine what Hex would do to Dot if she came back and found out they weren't married yet...

Candy I agree about Hex. She'd check in that Bob's okay with Dot, then she'd find someone else to lust after. Tho I'm afraid she might be too much for poor little Vector (though I love the concept, of course!) She needs someone beefier. I can see her going after Turbo! It'd be funny to see him all trying to be stoic while she flirts with him! :D
