I'm glad you are re-writing things. It is going to be hard to come up something rational, logical, and interesting.

Lastly I want to bust your chops again by saying this.

Gnosis is like a big floating head and controls lots of minions. How is this any different than Beast Machines where Megatron is hoisted up by cables and controls the planet. He controls the troops, and everything he wants.

So how is will this be any different?

I think the reference you're looking for is Tron, not Beast Machines. Or Lord of the Rings. Or... Get the idea? A floating body part controlling things isn't a new idea, but it's much older than you think.

If you're re-writing to do away with the whole alien invasion/interaction with the User angle, then you've got my vote. That's the big problem I've got with your pitch as it is, because I just don't think the virtual world and reality should mix. Takes the 'amoral faceless god' status from the User if they can just go and talk to one after all.

Poor Megabyte...

I'm not so keen on Gnosis destroying Megabyte outright, because I like the idea of Gnosis being his enemy as much as the heroes, it would be like the situation at the end of Season 2 where the sprites had to work with Megabyte to fight the Web creatures. Of course, this time around I'm pretty sure the heroes wouldn't be too keen to work with ol' Megsy. Which could lead to some interesting scenarios.

I don't think anyone really knows how time converts in Reboot. As I kept noticing mistakes in the show when they were talking about time. But you could always just plan it out and keep it according to the plan and you should be fine.

I am so glad that the plot is getting a major overhaul, in terms of the alein thing. I really think that you also need to keep the real world and the computer worlds seperate, as it sounds like you guys are trying to do. I really like that the character designs are staying true to the originals as much as possible, while still daring to be a little bit different. Also, this team has the best perceptions of what the character's personalities should be, as you are staying true to the original in that respect too. You guys are most definetly geting my vote, because you are actually doing this site justice by listening to the fans. You guys also seem to have more respect for Reboot, not just for what it was, but for all that it could and can be. Bravo you guys.
