I've beeen a huge fan of reboot since i was 6 years old. I remember it appearing on a Canadian broadcast YTV. I have not seen the new animated reboot nor do I know where it is playing.

Does anyone know if there is a season disc collection of Reboot? Last year I found all 3 seasons of Beast Wars which some of you may know. I was very pleased and excited  that I bought it. Now I just wonder if Reboot is out there.

Only seasons 3 and 4 were released on DVD. Both are out of print now. Season 3 goes for crazy-high prices on eBay, and that's really the only way you'll find it. Season 4 is increasing in price as well.

Seasons 1 and 2 never saw an official release.

At present the rights to the first two seasons are owned by another company, and -were- supposed to revert back to MFE/RME, but there's some more legal-mombo-jumbo involved, so I can't really say when that'll happen.

RME has expressed interest in releasing a full boxset with all the bells and whistles we'd want, but nobody knows when or if that will come to pass.

i would buy that no doubt. or they should put the original back on cartoon network. the kids could actually use a GOOD tv show, instead of watching drake and josh and hannah montanna.

Put all of the seasons in a boxed set - full HD widescreen on Blu-Ray - with extras, behind-the-scenes, etc., and I will PAY $$$. I'm sure I'm not alone on this.

We should try and start an online petition to get the shows put onto DVD/Blu-Ray. As long as Rainmaker has all of the rights there would no overhead costs other than the materials. It would be great for their revenues.

I was so glad back when I found the fourth season on DVD... but the other seasons, alas.

And I agree so much with Altazi. The fans want it. Bad.

I found the entire series on youtube at one point. It made me so very happy.

http://www.youtube.com/user/y2ktm2 - He has every episode. Give him some love if you haven't already.

No but Shiny Happy Goth got permission to post all of ReBoot seasons on her channel on youtube. It has a much better definition.

As for Cartoon Network, they are too into real action tv.

ReBoot's future might be to air on a digital channel.

Well, it may be wrong, but someone did find me the entire series on DVD. Granted, they are pirated DVDs recorded from someone's DVR on Canadian television, but they are excellent recordings. Ok, this may be wrong. Piracy is illegal, I know, and if it hadn't been a gift, I don't know if I would have purchased it myself, knowing that it was a pirated copy.
But what if we were all to begin a "Share those tapes" community as some of us did with Mystery Science Theater 3000? We would record episodes and trade them for other episodes that we didn't see. The brains at Best Brains even encouraged this! Joel ended the episodes with "Keep sharing those tapes!" Why? Because it meant that the fans were helping them to reach a larger audience!
What would happen if we did the same? Made copies of episodes or seasons and shared them (for free, or by trade) with each other? I imagine we'd all go to jail, but it's still a good idea that has been killed by the digital piracy age.
