Enzo version 2

Whether one likes it or not Enzo version 2 is here to stay. I have always been interested in this character because in a away Matrix and his relationship reflect the world of the computer. And as such I don't think  it would be bad if we see Enzo as a teen.

Matrix and Enzo have the same coding but are two different programs. When Matrix forgot to change his icon back into regular sprite mode the Computer read him as different document or program and saved him. However since there was no Enzo in Mainframe, he was restored.

This is similar to say if you if you saved one image as a jpeg and another as a tiff. They are the same picture, yet there is a difference. And lets say you had to restart the computer, both the tiff and jpeg would come back. The same goes for Matrix and Enzo. They may have the same coding but the computer reads them as two different files. So if there is another restart both come back.

How does this affect how Enzo grows up? Well for one thing, he is able to compile and grow up without the risk of deletion as a result of there been two similar files/program.

And while Matrix is a cadet, his past and actions seperate him from Enzo. Enzo could become a guardian as he always wanted to and still be a different file.

What Enzo represents is a second chance. He may technically have the same coding and be the same program as Matrix, he is however a different version of Matrix's file. Meaning while he is a clone, he is a different person than his brother.

Seeing him grow up won't be in other words seeing another Matrix. We already know that his attitude towards viruses are different. His future companion might be viral. Also unlike Matrix when he was little, Bob is there to take Enzo under his wing. Under Bob's tutelage Enzo can learn to be a Guardian at his own pace without having to worry about been one step ahead of Megabyte.

Seeing a teen Enzo would be interesing in that while there would be similarities to Matrix, his actions and choices will make him a totally different person. He certaintly would be more compassionate than his older counterpart.

So knowing this would it be a good idea to show Enzo as a teen?

    Yeah it would be a good Idea to show teen Enzo. It would be interesting to see him grow up knowing what the possible future could have been for him. His whole existence could be used to personify the duality of humanity (or spritanity).

    I guess after the web wars and the system restart, he's at least a pre-teen. So as a teen, it's possible that he may not want to become a guardian. Now that his father is back, he may be more interested in restoring him back to his original form. Although the webcomic made Enzo a cadet, they skipped through the Guardian Academy pretty quickly.

    So if this isn't based on the webcomic, they can slowly develop his character. They can show Enzo going back to a regular school and learning the basics about computer programming and file restoration. He can develop an interest in science first. Then move on to become a guardian.

    While he's at the academy, they can show his struggle on deciding what path to take - becoming a guardian or a scientist. Should he follow Bob's career path or should he follow his father's? Maybe he'll end up like Dot. Who knows.

      I agree. Enzo is a chance to explore the Matrix character. Lady Bard and Guardian Enzo did an excellent job on that regards.

      So I don't see Enzo as a history repeating itself. I see Enzo as a new character.

    Teen Enzo could be easier to relate to for newer fans. I'm hoping that the movie will take a similar, more teen-oriented approach like the last two seasons.

    It'd be interesting to see how Enzo would be as a teen, but personally, I'd rather see more Matrix, haha.

    I like this new oportunity for Enzo. In my opinion, the academy and become a guardian is the Enzo's outstanding issue.
    Moreover, Weeb92 is right: This new character will help new fans get involved with the series, and remains the Enzo that all of us know.
    May it be interesting...

    i think it would be very cool 2 see enzo as what matrix would look like if his life did'nt get messed up think he would not have that gold eye and he would not be so strong as matrix

    Essentially Matrix and Enzo are two separate files and different characters.

    Also if they merge Matrix might convert into Enzo.

    Also they might not be able to have that ability because essentially they are two different files and programs.

    Matrix has as a character a bit of Enzo in him. Enzo version two is going down another path.

    Also Wromeo, you are thinking like a fusion between Goku and Vegetto.

    Matrix and Enzo are computer programs. If they merged what would likely happened is that one of them will be overwritten. It is sort of like how Clayface absorbed Annie again.
    His personality was all clayface.

    Whatever Program didn't get overwritten, will have the other's immunity and stuff, but not their personality. Essentially that means the death of either Enzo or Matrix. And I can't see AndrAIa without Matrix.

      If a file is overwritten, in computer terms, it's usually the older file that is overwritten. That means Matrix would be overwritten by Enzo.

      However with current computers, it's harder to overwrite a file. Sometimes it will just say copy of filename.

      As for merging a file, Matrix has merged Guardian with Game Sprite to a new file format (I don't know what to call it - Renegade perhaps??). Enzo is still Guardian, so I don't know how his format can merge with Renegade. It's too complex for me to figure out.

    I don't think viruses could fuse. Gigabyte was more of a restoration than a fusion. That's the only viral fusion I can think of. If viruses could fuse, I don't think they would stop. It would just keep going and going.

    Wromeo - As for Glitch Bob, that was a download, not a fusion. I don't remember the episode exactly, but I think Bob asked Glitch if it was okay to download into him.

    I could see if Enzo downloaded an app like the way Matrix downloaded a Gun. But I'm not sure if I could see a fusion of Matrix and Enzo.

      And I don't think it would be a good idea either. Too much like Dragon Ball Z on that regard.
