Some Questions about Daemon Rising

Hey everyone! I just watched Daemon Rising and I had a couple of questions. First of all, right near the end when hex is about to sacrifice herself, she did two things. She grabbed enzo's icon and infused it with some of her power allowing Welman Matrix the ability to speak and think as the sprite he once was while still in null form. However, she also grabbed martix's icon and said "Virus hater! Learn from this." While she was saying she this grabbed his icon and did...well...something to it. Do we ever find out what she did to his icon?
My other question is did we ever find out what those weird egg-looking things were? The ones that Daemon turned from green to purple when she touched them after Mike finished singing Cross Nodes. I remember that Martix and AndrAIa were chasing one of Daemon's followers and the follower jumped into an energy stream, deleting herself while the egg stayed suspended in it.
Anyways that's about it. Long live ReBoot and they had better come out with that DVD box set soon!

From my understanding she was just downloading a version of the cure that she could distribute throughout the Net. I could be wrong. It didn't seem like Matrix was concerned in My Two Bobs, so I assume that's what happened.
I've been told that the eggs are supposed to be responsible for spreading Daemon's infection.

I've been wondering about those things for a while now. ugh she was downloading the cure how could I be so basic haha. and ohh alright the eggs were put into the systems core. thanks so much :D
